Frans Zimmer, better known as Alle Farben, is at home on the world's biggest stages. For two evenings he trades them for our kitchen. Together with our head chef Nicolai Wiedmer, he cooks a menu that brings together his love of travel and Asian cuisine with everything Das Eckert stands for. No show cooking. Two chefs, one pass, one evening.

A few ingredients as a taster: quince, yuzu, the finest olive oil, a clear essence. Regional produce, reimagined with an Asian hand. Exactly what lands on the plate we won't reveal in advance, only this much: it will be an evening that surprises you. Let yourself be guided.

Alle Farben is known from festivals and the charts. What fewer people know: he cooks with real devotion and loves Asian cuisine. On these evenings he stands at the stove next to Nicolai, in a chef's jacket, and brings you his menu himself.

Between courses, Graham Candy accompanies the evening with an intimate live set. Not a big stage sound, just the right kind of closeness for a night like this.
