WIO-SommerfestIn just a few weeks it's happening — and I can't wait to celebrate with you. We're right in the middle of the preparations, the team is buzzing, and I wanted to give you a quick taste of what's waiting for you at the Eckert on 28 June. Marco and I will cook our favourite dishes, you can watch us at work at the food stands, and fresh from our new wood-fired oven there's Flammkuchen (tarte flambée). Three things I'm especially looking forward to: |

At the wine stands Two regional estates are joining us: Weingut Sommerhalter from Mauchen — the source of our new rosé house sparkling wine — and Weingut Ziereisen from Efringen-Kirchen. Both bring the right drops for the day. |

Live on stage · Randy Club The music comes from Randy Club, the event band from Freiburg. They're here to get the party going and pull you onto the dance floor. Or, as the band itself asks: Are you randy? More at randyclub.de. |

|
For the whole family Bring the kids — their ticket is just €1. And if you fancy a quieter moment, the pool and the lawn are open, towels are provided, so feel free to pack your swimwear. |
