It all kicks off in a few days. In Grenzach at the Schlotzeria like every year, in Lörrach brand new in a real wooden chalet. Big tables for the big crowd, small ones for two, a burner on each and a pot that bubbles. Honestly, this is the part of winter we look forward to most.
